A silent one-and-a-half-hour-long color video in which the camera focuses on the Torre Latinoamericana in Mexico City. The tower is the world's first major skyscraper successfully built on highly active seismic land.

The video references Andy Warhol’s Empire 1964, a silent, eight-hour-long black-and-white film in which the camera focused on the Empire State Building in New York City from dusk till dawn, while the title was taken from a five-part series of paintings created by Thomas Cole in the years 1833–36. The paintings depict the growth and demise of an imaginary city.
